Today the BC government has announced that the plan to put on a new roof for BC Place will go ahead after all. The skyline of downtown Vancouver will change for ever when construction of the new retractable roof will start after the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. Quebec City wants to build a new $400 million dollar arena in the hopes that they will bring back the NHL to the city.
