Bank of Canada Meeting This Tuesday

The next Bank of Canada interest rate meeting is this coming Tuesday April 21st, 2009 in Ottawa.  I am wondering if the Bank of Canada will cut interest rates on Tuesday and what effect will this have on mortgage rates ?  Stay tuned on Tuesday to see what the Bank of Canada does.
