Canadian house sales are up in 3rd quarter
The Canadian Real Estate association has reported today that house sales across Canada are up 18 % in the third quarter compared to a year earlier. This increase in sales I think would be a result of first time buyers entering the real estate market attracted by low mortgage rates.
