- Total Active Listings: 1005 (up from previous week)
- Single Family Dwelling: 562 (up from previous week)
The amount of inventory is starting to increase after the Holiday slump. Typically we will see this trend continue slowly until the spring when the market becomes very active. We are still in a fairly balanced market so it's as important as ever to price properties appropriately. Over priced houses are being overlooked and homes priced right are selling in a timely fashion.

Personal Background
I grew up on a farm just outside Harris, SK then spent a few years in Delisle, SK until I moved forward to Saskatoon where I have lived now for almost 15 years. After completing Highschool at Evan Hardy, I moved on to the University of Saskatchewan where I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Biotechnology. After working in the Agriculture industry for a few years, I decided to move away from that career path and focus on a career where my passion lies, which is Real Estate.
Personal Interests
I am a very active person and like to participate in a variety of activities such as: Hockey, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Golf, Biking, Snowboarding, and Wakeboarding.
I enjoy working with my hands so as much as possible I do my own work on vehicles (including oil changes and some major repairs in the past) and renovations on my house (such as installing laminate flooring, windows and siding)
Professional Interests
Real Estate has been a passion of mine for quite some time now. In my downtime I love to watch Real Estate TV shows ranging from DIY repair shows to buying and selling shows to house flipping shows. I also enjoy helping friends and family with renovations on their homes or income properties, or working on my own home.
My newest project has to become a completely paperless Real Estate Agent!
