Brampton is most definitely the city to move to with the recent launching of the Brampton Bus Rapid Transit (Zum) making for the perfect commute from Queen Street, Brampton, all the way to York University faster, to top it off it is even environmentally friendly. The Larger Zum buses have the ability to go through traffic signals even in mixed traffic for a speedier arrival that makes the commute a breeze.
With Several new condos going up, just steps from the heart of downtown nestled along the streets are cafes, restaurants, theatres and more within walking distance. With its many parks and affordable houses, compared to the surrounding cities, in terms of more square footage for your money, Buyers should understand that this city is only going upwards and if there is this much improvement now and continues along this direction then that could only mean more value for your home in the future. A little over a decade ago the Sandalwood Parkway area did not have these stunningly beautiful homes, watching the transition of Old Brampton to New Brampton is second to none and transit is right there to make it better in 2011.
In my opinion Brampton is one of the fastest growing cities, looking around this past summer you could see the focus on building more GO stations, along with many road improvements, now I could say it is an absolute pleasure to drive along the much wider Queen Street .I look forward to next fall (2011) when Zum makes our commute easier from Sandalwood to Mississauga Square One. And then in the Fall of 2012, from Shoppers World Brampton along Steeles Ave to Humber College.
Moving to Brampton now with the biggest investment the city is making in a decade is the right time. This is a City on the move and now is the time to move here, don’t miss this opportunity. Stay tuned for more info as Brampton keeps on improving and growing for the better.
