About Me

I hail from Glengarry County in Eastern Ontario, home of the Highland Games. Upon completion of high school, I moved to Ottawa where I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Geology.  I continued my education in Kingston where I completed a Master of Science degree in exploration Geology at Queen’s University. My interest in travel, to see the Canadian wilderness and to meet new people led to me working for mineral exploration companies all over Canada.

This experience provided me with the opportunity to work in places from the shores of the Great Lakes, mountains passes in the Yukon, rolling hills of Northern Alberta to the frozen Arctic tundra in Nunavut. While studying, and working across Canada, I developed an interest in Real Estate leading me to invest my student loan in my first ever home. This acquisition led to the development of a property management corporation that I currently own and have operated since 2010. Being involved in real estate investment analysis sparked my current passion for Real Estate markets and sales that I hope to share with clients in helping them achieve their real estate goals. Along my travels I have been fortunate enough to live all across Ontario, but it was not until my wife and I experienced the charm of the Lindsay community and the  alluring scenery of the Kawartha Lakes that we chose to settle down in our forever home with our growing family.

I am a very outgoing, active person who loves to play team sports such as soccer, hockey and curling.  I enjoy walking and hiking on many of the pristine trails we have in the Kawartha Lakes. You can also find me canoeing local rivers and lakes with my trusty canine companion, Jackson.  My passion for soccer has led me to volunteer as a coach for the Kawartha Lakes Soccer Club Inferno where I coach and manage the U9 boys.
