First Time Buyers and the Pitfalls to Avoid - By Sean Kavanagh

First time buyers have a lot to consider when buying a home. It is often overwhelming and a little confusing. The reason it is a good idea to enlist the services of a professional realtor is to avoid making some of the following errors. A professional realtor should be there at every step of the way answering all of your questions and guiding you seamlessly through the buying process.

Choosing the right realtor is one of the most important decisions a first time buyer can make. It is important that the realtor will be working in the buyer’s best interests, has the knowledge and experience necessary to do the best job possible and is one that has been recommended by someone who has had an exceptional experience with a realtor…….not just an OK experience. There are plenty of realtors out there that can give you OK service, but you want to find someone that will exceed your expectations.

Here are some satisfied first time buyers I was able to help into their first home together. Read what they had to say about their experience with me.

While purchasing a property, Sean was extremely knowledge about the area and negotiated a price we were comfortable paying. Sean was always there to answer any questions we had, and trust me – we had many! His high level of quality service is enough alone for me to recommend him to anyone looking to buy / sell property; however his great personality and funny nature make it also enjoyable to deal with him.
