Certified Local Facilitator

I was speaking with a good client of mine a couple of weeks ago and I had mentioned to him I was taking a 12 week course related to my trade as a Realtor. His statement to me was, “You have been a Realtor for as long as I can remember, surely you could teach the courses yourself.” Well I thanked him for the complement and his vote of confidence, but the truth of the matter is any professional, whether he or she is a doctor, lawyer or realtor, to best serve their client needs, requires an ongoing educational program.

Serving as a real estate agent in today’s world has changed since I had obtained my license in 1986. In the past, a broker, manager or company representative trained their agents, now real estate companies are running leaner and many brokers are back to personally selling real estate themselves, leaving them short on time and resources for this important task.

To best serve your interests I have enrolled in an ongoing educational program to hone my skills to provide you an experienced full service program focused on your terms. The three most important roles a Realtor can provide a client is first of all having acquired the skills as a qualified consultant, secondly a skilled negotiator and last but not least your overseer or facilitatorof transactional details.

So you can teach an old dog new tricks. As a result of my dedication to provide exceptional service, most of by business comes from repeat customers or the referrals of their friend or family. If you know of someone who is looking for the personal attention that I provide and is thinking about buying or selling a home, just give me a call with their name and contact information and I’ll be happy to follow up and take great care of them for you. Please call me on my cell at 709-682-2502.
