We are sitting on the edge of the Spring Market once again and it looks like it's going to be pretty active once again. The past two and a half months of 2015 have been active for well priced, well conditioned properties with the number of sales being only down slightly from our robust markets of 2012 and 2013. Gone are the days of people trying the market by adding on an extra 5% to 10% and not being hurt by it in the end with buyer disinterest or lower eventual sale prices. However sellers are having success by getting good advice and putting their homes on the market for close to market values.
The key is to get good advice, condition your property well and put your home on the market near or at market value.
