- Property Quick Search - If you know the name of the Street, enter it here. All listings on that Street will appear below. On the right hand side of your screen details regarding the property will appear. Here you can do the following; Get Property Details, Request More Information, Request a Showing, Print Brochure, Save to your Account, Email Listing or Select to Compare. You can even get a Map and Directions to this property, as well as calucate your monthly mortgage payments!
If you would like to further narrow your search, you have the option to enter a price range, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, Square Footage, etc. You can also save your searches.

Professional Background
My real estate career started as a receptionist at a #1 Top Producing Century 21 office which employed over 250 agents. In an office this large I was definitely surrounded by all facets of Real Estate. From rentals, to commercial properties, to mortgages etc. The first two years was a learning experience, a little overwhelming yet extremely fascinating and the more I learnt the more I wanted to stay in this industry long term. Two years went by and I was promoted to working as a personal assistant to a very successful real estate agent. You can imagine all the hands on tasks I was given. Having been under his wing he taught me the ins and outs of real estate. From start to finish all the appointments involved, presentations given, documents to prepare, etc. I stayed for about 2 years and left for a position at a Real Estate Head Office in the training department. YES this is where I taught OTHER agents how to develop sales techniques, negotiating skills and how to build their business. After a year of this, I ventured to do it all on my own. Hey, after 5 years of experience in this industry I think I was prepared. So here I am on my 10th year in real estate, sold over 80 properties and enjoying every second of it! I truly believe that KNOWLEDGE is POWER =)
