Welcome to my Website

As a CENTURY 21® Real Estate professional and a member of the Oakville & Milton District Real Estate Board, I am dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service possible. I grew up in Oakville and have lived here for over 40 years and with a work history in the marketing and service industry, have made a natural progression to becoming a Sales Representative.

I chose to work with Century 21 Dreams Inc. because the CENTURY 21 brand is the most recognized name in Real Estate today, combined with powerful up-to-the-minute technology that reaches out on a global basis to attract buyers, allowing them to select their own language, convert to their own currencies, and exclusive business relationships that allows me to create individually tailored professional seller presentations and provides immediate reach to buyers worldwide .   I work with a team of dedicated award-winning management professionals with 100+ years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, land development, and leasing, having established relationships with numerous industry related professionals, such as builders, an in-house mortgage solution, lawyers, and home inspectors to name a few.

As well as taking the necessary courses to sell residential real estate, I have also studied commercial real estate and real property law, and am currently enrolled in an appraisal course.  It's a must to understand all issues associated with home ownership and I ensure I keep up-to-date with and know home professionals to assist with the latest building issues -- home inspections, mold, foundations, fire and water damage, wells and septic systems; new home warranty requirements; home safety; mortgage products and government new home buyer programmes.

Having a special interest and personal experience helping mature individuals make lifestyle and home changes, as well as families dealing with the loss of a loved one having to sell their properties , I became an Accredited Senior Agent with an aim to making the changes as easy as possible.

Let me assist you in finding your dream home, in a neighbourhood that is right for you, and in the price range you want. Or if you are interested in selling a property, I also have the expertise to help you get the fastest sale possible and at the best price.  I look forward to the opportunity of working for you!

I was in the investment industry for 25+ years.  For the majority of that time, I was a Director, Relationship Management with a major Canadian financial institution looking after institutional clients, which included pension funds, charitable organizations, major investment firms, banks and insurance companies with total assets ranging from  $80Bil to $100Bil and annual revenues exceeding $27Mil.    The position entailed promoting in-house financial products, negotiating legal agreements and fees and co-ordinating complex, diverse services, as well as working on new business and existing client presentations and, most importantly, maintaining and enhancing client relationships.

Before I was 30, I worked for major investment brokerage firms, was licensed to sell securities, worked in advertising and was a Treasury Analyst with a gold mining firm.  Educational courses included:  Certified Management Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investment Finance, Legal Office Practice. These courses covered marketing, Canadian Business Law, cost and financial accounting, financial statement composition, tax,  finance, audit, organizational behaviour and professional presentation coaching to name a few.  All of which, in combination with my work history, has provided an excellent knowledge base to apply to my real estate career.

Community Involvement

Oakville & Milton Humane Society -- you can see me there every Friday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., helping potential owners choose their forever pet cat.   Don't forget, "Grown Ups are Great" -- adults can make wonderful pets.   The Society has been a little short of kittens this Spring, but they do have some and there are also some younger cats that would make fantastic pets and are a little more settled in their ways than a kitten usually is.
