Real Estate Careers
Over the past ten years I have enjoyed helping scores of people to build sucessful real estate careers with CENTURY 21 Miller. I love this job! People coming into the real estate business need to wear a lot of different hats: they have to deal with marketing, promotion, lead generation, follow up, client service and of course, technology. I help them to capitalize on their existing skills and show them how to develop their talents in a myriad of different areas that will be crucial to their success.
Training and Coaching
This is the key to developing a sucessful real estate career quickly. Our office provides a multi-tiered start up program for new salespeople. We combine a highly successful internet based training program with custom, hands on personal training for new realtors. In addition, all of our salespeople, no matter what their experience level, are always welcome to participate in our on-going weekly training group and we often see some of our top producers participating because they know that you can always learn something new!

In addition, I complete approximately 30 hours per year in addtional continuing education programs authourized by RECO (The Real Estate Council of Ontario). This is more than double the mandated minimum number of hours.
Top 21 Office for CENTURY 21 Canada
As the Manager/Broker of a TOP 21 Office for CENTURY 21 Canada I regularly attend the annual gathering of Top 21 Office owners and managers - The Chairman's Circle. These meetings keep me up to date on all the latest trends in both the real estate business and in technology which then allows me to ensure that the CENTURY 21 Miller sales team has a leading edge advantage. I have also been a speaker at the CENTURY 21 Canada Conference and the CENTURY 21 Canada Leadership Day.
Past President CENTURY 21 Greater Toronto Area Broker Council
As President of the CENTURY 21 Greater Toronto Area Broker Council I represented the interests of over 40 GTA CENTURY 21 System member brokerages. My role encompassed providing training and orientation for new brokerage owners, ongoing support of established brokerages, and liaison between the brokerages and the CENTURY 21 franchise organization. I attended annual meetings of the CENTURY 21 Marketing Fund Group to provide input for advertising, marketing and public relations campaigns. I networked with CENTURY 21 franchisees across the country exchanging ideas and providing mentoring to new franchise owners joining the CENTURY 21 System.
