Tracy Hamlet holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Carleton University. Upon graduating Tracy worked extensively in the legal field within the provincial government and private sector. Tracy gained a considerable amount of work experience in the areas of project management and infrastructure within Ontario. Tracy worked alongside the legal team at Infrastructure Ontario, a crown corporation whose primary focus involved using an Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) model that ensured appropriate public control and ownership was displayed and that Ontario used private financing to strategically rebuild vital infrastructure, on time and on budget. Working alongside marketing managers within the vendor finance industry, Tracy worked with the third party financer and provided sales and marketing support to national vendors and mutual customers to ensure their financing process and overall leasing experience was a success. Tracy plans to transfer the skills she has acquired within the government and private sector when working with her clients in the real estate industry.
Tracy has been a resident of Oakville for over 18 years. She knows the area and demographics and understands the market trends. She plans to use this knowledge to her advantage when working with clients.

At CENTURY 21 Miller Real Estate, all new salespeople are provided with a multi-tiered training experience. It's been a huge reason for our growth and success.
The CENTURY 21 organization is renowned for its comprehensive online training program, The CENTURY 21 Learning System, which not only provides training and development programs for new and existing salespeople, but also for administrators and broker/managers as well.
CREATE 21 is CENTURY 21's award winning new salesperson training program. This program provides a spaced learning experience with 12 live, on line, paced sessions to make it convenient for the students to fit it into their busy lives. CREATE 21 gives new salespeople a head start in the business and allows them to hit the road running. Instructors coach and guide the students through their work and provide follow up for a further 3 weeks after the initial training.
