Canadian home sales up in October:CREA
According to stats released today from the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), national resale housing sales rose from September 2011, the highest they have been since January 2011. The combination of stronger sales and new listings resulted in a slightly tighter balance of supply and demand. However, the national housing market remains in balanced territory.
