I grew up in Ingersoll. After graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelors of Environmental Studies in 1998, I went on to receive a post graduate credential in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Starting in 1999, I began a successful 15 year career with Hydro One Networks. This moved me out of the Oxford County area for approximately 13 years while working in the GTA and Barrie areas. As an Operations and Training Manager for Hydro One, I have gained extensive management and negotiation skills. I am extremely dedicated, experienced and passionate about my work. My husband, Rob Ardy, also grew up in the area. It was always our goal to move back to Oxford County to raise our family. In 2012 we went for it, and moved our family to Tillsonburg. Instantly we knew it was the best decision, and we as well as our children love living in Tillsonburg!
