             I would like to offer some feedback on our past successes. As I continue to sell my condominiums in a profitable manner, I wish to acknowledge my gratefulness for your efforts in making my real estate investments profitable in the face of extremely competitive markets.

            My decision to purchase condominiums in the Town of Blue Mountains began in March of 2003. At that time the market was not very positive for condominiums in the Town of Blue Mountains. With both your inputs, I saw a major opportunity. Since that time my company has bought 10 condominiums with your guidance, ranging from $156,900 to $236,000. Recently we have sold 4 of the smaller condominiums from $202,000 to $236,000. Moreover, the speed which we are unloading my properties far exceeds the current condominium resale market at Blue. It is a testament to the hard work and marketing abilities that you guys have been able to accomplish this in the challenging times we are experiencing.

            Whether it be your motto: "We try harder to exceed your expectations", or your individual personalities, your communication style is diplomatic, pleasing and I have yet to see a drop of frustration.

             As I continue to sell my properties, I have full confidence that I am best represented by both of you and the experience that I gained through our relationship would be difficult to reproduce.
