April was the best resale month since the start of the year !!!!

 

The fear of selling ones home or buying a home in today's market is quickly disappearing.

People are realizing that with the interest rates at their all time low in approximately 15 year, now is the best time to invest in real-estate, buy your first home, or a revenue property or that chalet you always wanted.

Sellers are also realizing that the housing prices are not dropping but remaining quite stable. Let's face it real-estate is an investment and for some it is their only investment so no one wants to lose money when they sell, and statistics show that you don't have to!!!!
