Welcome to my Website!
As your CENTURY 21® Real Estate professional, I am dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service possible. As a life-long cottager turned full-time resident of Balsam Lake, I have comprehensive, firsthand knowledge of waterfront living and all that it encompasses. The versatility of a waterfront property is unmatched. Whether you are looking for a simple weekend getaway, wanting to invest in an income property, or planning your retirement on the lake, I have the experience and expertise to help you realize your goals.
My career in real estate has been, and continues to be, sharply focused on waterfront living. From the effective marketing of these unique properties, to navigating through the abundant choices available to buyers, my clients continue to benefit from my intimate knowledge of the many waterfront communities in the Kawartha Lakes.
Waterfront living is a lifestyle decision. Make it with confidence. Buying or selling, please call me today.
My history in the Kawarthas dates back well before I was born. In 1979, my grandparents purchased a small waterfront cottage on Balsam Lake. I spent every weekend and every summer on the water, and got to grow up in a close-knit community that quickly became like family. In 2015, I was fortunate enough to purchase my Grandparents original cottage, where I get to continue my waterfront story. It couldn’t be better.
I specialize in waterfront cottages, homes, and lots in the Kawartha Lakes. I have extensive knowledge in the types of properties available, the many wonderful waterfront communities, and what constitutes fair market value for these unique, hard-to-compare properties. I know that purchasing a waterfront property can be stressful and overwhelming, but it should also be fun and exciting! Talk to me about what you are looking for, and let me help you find your ideal place on the lake.
When I’m not on the road, you can find me at home on the dock or on the volleyball court in town. I enjoy my time in the gym, as well as in the kitchen, which seems to even out.
