We just wanted to write you this note to thank you sincerely for such great service and enthusiasm that you showed during the transition to our new home. The Customer Appreciation Program truly made our first trip with our son Jack a memorable one. During the whole planning process, we couldn't have asked for anything better. It was so easy to plan, book and discuss our options with you and your staff. Once we decided where we would like to go, you made it even easier by helping us narrow our choices and by giving us personal feedback that you had received from other clients.
We stayed at the Silver Points Resort in Orlando and what a place to be!!! The grounds were immaculate with one huge community pool and a smaller pool that was very child friendly right outside our condo door. The condo itself was in perfect condition with more then enough room for my husband, myself, our son, and my brother-in-law and his girlfriend. We had our own bedrooms with en-suites and a large living area and not to mention all of the amenities that you could ask for.
The best part had to be that we were practically in Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom. Silver Points Resort was only minutes away from all the action in Orlando. and this was fantastic for my son's first visit to Disney World.
We already have part 1 of the Customer Appreciation Program again, for giving a referral to our good friend, and we can't wait to receive the second portion of the certificate so that we can do this all over again. Our hardest decision in this whole process would have to be, "Where do we want to go this time?"
