My professional interests are in business and all things real estate related. As a result I have been successful in both residential and commercial real estate. In addition to having a career as a certified real estate agent I've also found and operated my own successful moving and storage company over the past 17 years in the KW and surrounding region. Volunteer Work & Community Involvement
I'm proud to be on the Century21 Easter Seals Committee and help fund raise for this great charity through special events that we host annually. I also volunteer regularly at the Doon Pioneer Park Community Center helping out with many special events such as Earth Day garbage clean up, the Halloween party and haunted house, Easter parties, Family Fun Day and my wife is also a volunteer member and sits on the board of directors as Special Events Coordinator. I'm also an avid volunteer and supporter of the KW Food Bank. In the past I've also helped volunteer as a coach with the Pioneer Park School hockey team. This program is run by Steve Sanderson free of charge for the students of Pioneer Park School and is run solely by volunteers like myself.
My personal interest along with real estate both residential and commercial are hockey, kung fu and training, community volunteering, gardening and mostly spending time with my family.
I was born in Timmins Ontario ( hometown of country superstar Shania Twain ) and moved to the Kitchener/Waterloo region in 1986. In the past I was president of Steve's Moving & Storage which I founded, owned and operated for the past 17 years. Recently as demand grew,and in an effort to service my clients needs I made the difficult decision to sell the company in order to pursue real estate full time. My moving and storage company was locally based and serviced businesses such as Mike Holmes - Homes Inspection television program on HGTV, Home Instead Seniors Care and Rogers Cable just to name a few, but our greatest success has been servicing the local residential moving and storage community. Since going full time real estate I've never looked back and couldn't be any happier! I now specialize in both commercial and residential real estate in KW, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas. My extensive knowledge of the region combined with my many years as a business owner and experience serving the public, gives me an immense edge as a local real estate expert!
