Donate and Win!!!

I'm a proud supporter of Oakville's local Safetynet Children and Youth Charities so this year I have donated a 7 Night Resort Stay! (flight not included).  From November 28 2012 - December 27 2012 when you drop off 3 or more garbage bags of used clothes Tuesdays or Thursdays to 226 Raldall Street Oakville ON and you will receive a ballot for your chance to win a Resort Vacation Certificate for 7 night stay at any available RCI property in the world. Good Luck!!!

14% of people living in Oakville live below the poverty line yet they go unseen.  Thanks to Safetynet the people who find themselves in need can shop for free at their clothing bank.  This clothing bank is not only free but is the only one in all of Halton Region.  It also sevices people from Burlington, Milton and Hamilton.  Free business attire is given to men and women looking for work.  Needy children can also receive free tutoring and music classes. Bill Shields Executive Director of Safetynet feels education is the key to help break the poverty cycle.
