Selection is at an all time high and prices remain very reasonable. Back lots (non waterfront) staring at $14,000 - $60,000 something for everyone!Waterfront lots are still in short supply with prices starting at $120,000 all the way to $400,000. Currently there are 10 waterfront lots for sale on MLS.

Homes and cottage sales have declined from 2012 by 20%. A 50% decrease in waterfront sales for October 2013. Prices remain steady with the average days on market being 150 - 200. A total of 66 homes and cottage are currently for sale in all price ranges. Starting from a $44,900 bungalow in Pine Falls to a $619,000 waterfront home on Lee River. Lac du Bonnet and area is home to a wide range of people in all stages of life. The job market is strong and varied leaving the housing market more protected from economic shifts.
