Review:

Sales are slightly down from last year. But generally a typical slow December. Many of our residence are off enjoying the sunny south and spending time with family and friends. Due to the slow market in the winter, lack of accessibility, lack of heat! Many homes and cottage have been taken off the market for the winter. Inventory is low. Still a great time to get some pre spring deals! If your looking for a bargain, winter is the best time to buy.
