Did you know that there are roughly 23, 000 Realtors in Greater Toronto Area? Twenty-three THOUSAND - that's a lot!!! Now, have you ever noticed how all of them claim to be #1? Subsequent to his university education, and roughly ten years in the telecom business, Sunny obtained his real estate license in November of 1990. Ten years after that he came to work at Century 21 Leading Edge Realty and has been a top-producing agent ever since.
