I began my career in Real Estate in November 1999. Earned my Market Value Residential Appraisal in December 2005. I also became an Associate broker in July 2007. Continuing education is ongoing in our proffessional careers and helps us to serve our clients better.
I spend most of my time working in the rural and residential areas in Beausejour/Brokenhead and Springrield areas. If you are looking to buy a home e-mail me at susan.greschuk@century21.ca with details of what you are looking for and I will make sure you are made aware of all new listings as they become available.
If you are interested in selling call me today for a free market evaluation of your home.
Currently I am the Vice President of the Beausejour and District Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is a wonderful resource for Business owners in our community. I am also the alternate BBDC representative for the Chamber of Commerce.
I also am a volunteer for the Emergency Measures Organization for Beausejour. This is a great organization and is there to provide support to the community in the event of an emergency.
I have lived in the Beausejour area for many years and attended and graduated high school here. I moved away to Regina Saskathewan for a seven year period and then came back to my roots.
I live in Beasejour with my children Graham and Nicholas. My daughter Lindsay graduated from the University of Manitoba and has just recently moved to Edmonton Alberta. She graduated in May 2012 from the Faculty of Architecture. In the summer of 2009 she was accepted into a travel studies program and travelled to Ghana Africa to help design and renovate an all girls school. My daughter Lauren has Graduated in June 2012 from Manitoba Emergency Services Collage from the Public Fire Paramedic Program in Brandon Manitoba. She worked hard to get accepted into this program. Currently she is working for IERHA as a paramedic and has applied for Winnipeg Fire Services.
Graham has taken up curling this year with school. Certainly a lot slower paced game than hockey was. He seem to be enjoying it. Nicholas had taken up Tae Kwon Do again for the year, but has also been doing Parkour. This is an interesting sport but he seems to love it.
Spending time with my children in their various activities.
I am enjoying my involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and find it to be a wonderful resourse to businesses in our community. My daughter and I are both voluntering on the Emergency Measures Organization in Beausejour and I am enjoying working with her. When time permits I love to read.
