Art and Real Estate

Question: How does a passion for art become a benefit to Real Estate Buyers and Vendors, ensuring that they get better deals and smoother experiences?

Answer: Two things, creativity and discipline; first, finer “Home Staging” encourages Buyers to make offers and to feel good about paying a higher price.  An “artful eye” shows Buyers how to turn an ordinary or worn property into the home that the Buyer imagines for them self, which in turn becomes a home with much greater value to live in and a home that is worth more real dollars.

Plus, the discipline of art, ensures that all the many tasks, responsibilities, and work required to be sure that Vendors sell and Buyers buy at the best prices with the least hassle; the discipline learned by the professional artist, translates perfectly into the focus and discipline that best serves Real Estate Clients.

Community Involvement

Susan has for the last 3 years had the opportunity to teach art therapy classes as a volunteer at Ometz, a non profit organization, to  adults in the job immersion program. She has worked with some amazing people, and looks forward to each week when we meet as do they. We let our creativity flow. We interact with constant discussion. There is an ongoing surge of learning about literature, world events, personal name it...there's always someone who has something very special to add. We all profit so much from it.
