New Year, New Home, New Opportunities
As one of the newest residents in our neighbourhood, and a CENTURY 21 Capital Realty Sales Representative, a few observations are worth highlighting:
1) Shoveling snow is not only a great way to keep fit; it's also an opportunity to meet your neighbours. Winter shows no sign of letting up, and in 2 short weeks I've met a lot of our neighbours already, thanks for stopping and introducing yourselves!!
2) Maintenance and home improvement adds not only pride in ownership of our homes, but can also add tax savings through the Home Renovation Tax Credit program. This program was designed to help kick start the economy and while successful, the Feb 1st deadline for purchases or work performed is quickly approaching.
3) Last but not least, I wish to extend a happy, healthy and prosperous 2010 to everyone. Thank you to my clients, colleagues, family and friends for their support over the last year, and may the new year bring you lots to smile about.
