I had the pleasure of Selling this home not once but twice in the last couple year's! Thought I would share a little bit of its history.
54 14th Street North
Built in 1906, this 1 ½ storey workers cottage was one of many that were constructed on the north side of the C.P.R. tracks to accommodate those working in Brandon’s industrial district. Simple in its design, the house features a gable roof with shed dormers. The home offers an enclosed porch, flared walls, and display windows. A brick wall also stands on the property.
