Our listing inventory is still soaring at a total of 727 homes in Red Deer on the market as of the end of May. Last year in May, we had 640 listings. September was an active month for sales. From the week of August 31st, 2009 ending in the the September 27th,2009 week, we had a total of 81 sales in Red Deer. We closed up the month with a total of 356 active single family listings and 86 apartment condo listings.
