Not necessarily. We have seen an increase in the unit sales of higher end properties. This plays a large part in the increased average sale price. In 2012, we had 21 sales in the $700,000+ price range compared to 11 in 2011.
Our most active price range in 2012 was $250,0000-$300,000 with 334 sales. Closely followed by the $300,000-$350,000 price range with 328 sales.
Were looking forward to a prosperous 2013, with product levels decreasing, and sales level increasing.
