It is important for my clients to be able to contact these professionals without any hesitation.  Please feel free to ask for any referrals to any of the above services.

Community Understanding

I believe that selling and buying Real Estate is not just about the home, I believe it is about the community.  It is essential to understand the community you are researching.  The only way that this is possible, is to talk directly to the people who live in these communities.

If you are interested in knowing more about a certain community, please let me know and I will send the appropriate information to you.

ABR~Accredited Buyers Representative

Why Use an ABR®: REALTORS® Experienced in Buyer Representation

Buying a home is no small matter. Besides being the largest financial transaction you may ever undertake, it’s probably also the most complex. There are many good reasons to work with a qualified real estate professional—especially a trained professional who has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, representing best-in-class buyer services.

When you look for an ABR® before you look for a home, you’ll be served, not sold. Your interests become their interests. And you’ll be working with someone who has gone the extra mile by completing specialized training in delivering the best in buyer-representation services. Plus, a REALTOR® who has an ABR® Designation also has an established track record, with proven experience in representing the concerns of home buyers.

The ABR® Designation is awarded through the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, or REBAC, which was founded in 1988 to promote superior buyer-representation skills and services. REBAC is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)

SRES~Seniors Real Estate Specialist

A Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) is a REALTOR® who is uniquely qualified to assist seniors in housing sales and purchases. The SRES® designation is awarded only to REALTORS® who have successfully completed a series of educational courses on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. They also draw upon the expertise of a network of senior specialists, such as estate planners, CPAs, and eldercare lawyers, and are familiar with local community resources and services. Their mission is to help seniors and their families navigate the maze of financial, legal and emotional issues that accompany the sale of the home.

Professional Background

Despite being born and raised in BC, I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science.  After university, I worked as a personal trainer; then as a Claims Adjuster for ICBC; until moving to Tainan, Taiwan for two years to teach English.  After my travels, I returned to ICBC where I worked while getting my real estate license.  All of my past experiences have given me the tools to be the realtor I am today.
Real estate was a passion of mine long before I became licenced in 2006.  It is important for you to know that I absolutely love what I do.
Since receiving my license, I have worked throughout the Lower Mainland.
My experience in real estate, combined with my powerful negotiation skills and thorough knowledge of the real estate market, enables me to offer you the highest caliber of advocacy, guidance and assistance possible.
I recognize that selling or buying a home is one of the most important decisions you'll make in your life.  Your home may well be your largest asset; this could be the biggest financial move you've ever made.  I believe you deserve the best representation possible.
I believe deeply that there is no place like home.
Let me help you.

Personal Background

Get to know me...

I was born in Penticton, BC and raised in one of the first homes to be built on West 50th Avenue in Vancouver.  I am one of the few who can say they are truly from Vancouver.
My involvement in sports has been instrumental in my character.  It has taught me about teamwork and discipline.  I played soccer for BC, trained with the National team prior to attending Florida State University on a full scholarship and as team captain, to play in the NCAA.  I currently train at Gibson's Kickboxing gym while in Canada and at USBA when I spend time in California.
I believe strongly in travel and experiencing different cultures and ways of life.  I lived in Tainan Taiwan, working as an ESL teacher while learning about Asian cultures.  While I was abroad, I travelled to the Phillippines, Hong Kong and to Bali.  I have travelled throughout the USA and Canada, have been to both England and Scotland, throughout the Caribbean, to most of the Hawaiian islands and throughout Mexico. There are many more destinations on my list.
In my humble opinion, to travel is to live...
