May I introduce myself?
I live with my wonderful husband, my forever British Bulldog puppy Winston and two cats, Thomas and Montie a half hour drive North of Toronto.
My day starts at 8:00 a.m. and usually ends at 11:00 p.m. Truth be told I am a workoholic, so whenever I can, I indulge in my fulltime wish: sleep! However, let me admit this secret. When you enjoy what you are doing you are not working, you are living. Real estate is my life 24/7, and I love it this way.
Professional Background
I have been involved with real estate since 1999. I am a freelance conveyancer and title searcher who has worked with many lawyers and I understand many of the legal pitfalls that can occur. Working as a real estate broker at the commencement point of real estate transactions, I have conducted searches and completed all documentation required in order to facilitate most real estate transactions. My expertise in this field has allowed me to prevent many problems right at the start. I help my clients to understand the process which makes for less stressful times before, during and after a purchase and sale has been completed.
