NOVA SCOTIA BUCKS INTERNATIONAL TREND! 2008 MLS SALES UP 5% HALIFAX ROSE HIGHER!

We need to fill our ears and minds with Positive thoughts!  Nova Scotia is a great place to live and to do business. 2008 MLS sales data indicate sales down slightly for residential home sales year over year prior 12 months. Average sales price was up 5% and at $186,500 across the province (todays Chronicle Herald citing the source as the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors. Interestingly H.R.M. rose higher neigbourhood by each; some areas substantially higher. Spryfield bouyed with new construction starts averaged 18% up! ) In short, it's good for the economy that property values rose 5% for homes in our Ocean Playground Province. Hooray Nova Scotia.

Our offices in Halifax and Dartmouth both are reporting busy Realtors and many qualified now Buyer's waiting.  Let's be first to get your home sold!
