Terry Germain

 Terry is entering his 22nd year in the real estate industry in Estevan.  A GRAND CENTURION and a DOUBLE CENTURION and a TOP 21 Award winner, Terry is a top producer who gets results. Terry was #3 IN CANADA for unit sales in 2012.  Terry was inducted into the Century 21 Honour Society in 2011.

Terry has extensive experience in commercial, residential and farm real estate. 

Within the community, Terry is a "stripper" with the Estevan Strippers Hockey Club.  The club holds a variety of fundraising activities in Estevan during the year and supports many worthwhile causes in the community.

Any customer who buys or sells with Terry has the use of his cargo trailer in Estevan and the surrounding area.

This is a great area to enjoy all of the hobbies Terry enjoys; fishing, golfing, boating and camping.

Community Involvement

Terry's is part of the Estevan Strippers Hockey Club and they raise funds for charitable organizations within the community.  Terry supports Easter Seals and we send "Kids to Camp".   He is a big supporter of Duck's Unlimited, the Estevan Bruins and CNIB, MS Society, Relay for Life, Estevan United Way through cash donations, the use of his cargo trailers and prizes. 

Personal Background

Born and raised in southeast Saskatchewan, Terry loves the outdoors.  He hunts, fishes, plays hockey and golf, and most recently, acquired a Harley Davidson to travel the country and ride out to his cottage at Kenosee.  Terry enjoys spending time with his two four-legged companions, labradors Jazz and Jett, as well as Squirt and Jake, two quarter horses that he rides with his better half, Laura.
