As you can tell by the list price to sale price ratio the market is definately in a strong sellers market. Not much $ being left on the table. Prices to rise. It's a supply and demand thing. For Buyers all you can do is hope that this spring brings an abundance of listings to slow the rise or level it out.

Currently the market has 317 active listings to choose from. This excludes commercial and large agricultral.
