Are your buyers still holding back, thinking prices have not hit bottom yet and so they will wait? Well maybe prices haven't gone as low as they will, no crystal ball here, but the big questions is will interest rates stay down where they are ? For how long? We need to educate that wherever they think prices may go down to any benefit may very well be overshadowed by an increase in rates. ...

Summer must be here it is the first July weekend. I always think that makes it official.
