The Okanagan continues its recovering with about 6-7 months of inventory. Remember January when it was about 24 months. Selling to Listing ratio 13.10%. Unit sales are up from August (191 vs 156) and definitely up from a year ago (191 vs 101). Average days on the market was 117, average selling price $367,656. It is definitely fall in all its glory but before you go a burn those leaves or snuggle up by a fire pit or even light the fireplace perhaps you should review the City of Vernon's bylaw #4476. It is all about Fire Safety and sometimes we just plan forget. It is not worth the risk. Know what you can and cannot do. Did you know Dumpsters are no longer allowed in public back alleys and boulevards within the Vernon Business Improvement Area (VBIA)?
