It is definitely fall in all its glory but before you go a burn those leaves or snuggle up by a fire pit or even light the fireplace perhaps you should review the City of Vernon's bylaw #4476. It is all about Fire Safety and sometimes we just plan forget. It is not worth the risk. Know what you can and cannot do. Did you know Dumpsters are no longer allowed in public back alleys and boulevards within the Vernon Business Improvement Area (VBIA)?
