Give a Hand
Sure we all remember those less fortunate at Christmas time but people go hungry all year round. That single Mom with the 2 little kids, that family who as hard as they try just can't make ends meet and really on the goodness of others once a month. Food banks need your help now. When at the grocery store buy a couple of extra items and put them in the stores food box bin or drop off to the Salvation Army, they will make sure it gets where it is needed. Having a house party? Have everyone bring one non-perishable item. It really doesn't take much to make a big difference.
