Pros of Buying a Newer Home

 Little maintenance

Modern conveniences

Builder's warranty

Energy efficient

Built to code

Emotional factor of newness

Less expensive

 Greater square footage, on average

Cons to Buying a Newer Home

Similar floor plans to neighbours

Immature vegetation.

House settling.

Longer commuting distances to downtown
