What it really means?
Of residential listings (single family homes) 54 sold last month, that's 5 more than in July.
The current inventory of residential homes for sale stands at 822 homes available for sale in August. In July, there were 838 homes for sale, so fewer homes for sale last month.
The average price paid for a family home in August was $374,731 that is up from the average price of $373,854 paid in July by buyers, so good news for Sellers!
And the average time for a home to sell in August took 91 days on the market, that is down from July when it took an average of 113 days on the market to sell a home.
