What does this really mean?
Residential listings (single family homes) - 69 sold last month, that's a whopping 15 more than in August!
The current inventory of residential homes for sale stands at 743 homes available for sale in September. In August, there were 822 homes for sale, so again fewer homes for sale last month.
The average price paid for a family home in September was $385,819 that's up from the average price of $374,731 paid in August by buyers, so good news for Sellers!
And the average time for a home to sell this past September took 110 days, that is up from August when it took an average of 91 days on the market to sell a home.
