A Must Read: New Rules at Crosswalks

To keep our roads safe, on January 1, Ontario's Ministry of Transportation changed the rules at pedestrian crossovers and school crossings.

If you find yourself driving, or cycling and come to a pedestrian crossover or a school crossing with a crossing guard, you must now stop and yield the whole roadway. These rules apply wherever a school crossing guard is present and at labeled crosswalks.
