It only seemed Natural for Heather Hisey and Lezlie McDermott to join forces and take on Oakville's real estate industry together. After losing her father more than a year ago, Heather was faced with many questions regarding her future in the industry. Heather knew she was going to need help continuing the legacy she and her father had built.

"Lezlie and I have known each other for 20 years, it was a natural progression from friendship to business."

Lezlie comes from a successful career with RE/MAX, "It was a tough decision in respect to the company because of my many relationships there, but at the end of the day my day to day relationship with Heather and what we could bring to our clients together was outweighing that."
