Selling A Home - The First 21 Days

During the first 21 days of your home being for sale it will be exposed to approximately 80% of the potential buyers that will ever see it.  The importance of having an attractive listing during those days is paramount.

When searching for properties on the MLS(r) and coming across one with no photos, what do you do?

a) Call the agent and ask them to send you pictures.
b) Drive by the house and peek in the windows.
c) Make a note to check back later to see if photos have been updated.
d) None of the above.

Most buyers in this situation will not only not click on the listing for more information, they wont even give it a second chance.

Realtors work in a very similar manor; Realtors view listings each morning on a HOT LIST which provides all of the data on the new listings for that day.  If the listings don't have pictures agents are skipping over them.

We are strong believers that putting a listing online is easy but getting people to view it is not.  There are thousands of homes available; what makes yours unique?  How do you get people to look at it?  And; how well do they remember it?

We have 50+ images edited and available to use throughout various mediums to ensure that potential buyers are introduced to something new at each touch point; i.e. online, just listed cards, feature brochures, floor and table stands, etc.


Our videos include unique music, personal introductions and descriptions and various types of shots and lenses are used to keep the viewers interested.


Our printed marketing pieces are custom made in-house and printed at a high end commercial printing facility.

All of the above, plus more, is ready the moment we push the button to list your property for sale on the live market.  Our goal is to capitalize on the sudden rush of interest your home is going to receive as it enters the online world.

You must insist that your Realtor has everything ready when they list your home.
