1)  Don't use slideshows

For the love of Real Estate!!...  Why does anyone think that stitching photo's together to create a "video" is doing anything positive to market the home?  Honestly speaking, this seems like the cheap way out.  Do you think this captivates potential buyers?  We don't - the stats prove us right!

2)  Using ANY video is better than a slideshow

Ok, so you may not have the resources or funds to go out and hire a professional...  We do believe however, that the average person can put together a video that is better than a slideshow rolling across the screen.  Luckily, if you choose a Realtor to look after all of this for you, a customized commerical, hosted on YouTube is included in our preffered listing package.  Satisfacton guaranteed to get your home tremendous exposure!

3)  Creative video sells homes
