Not surprisingly, strong sales activity carried on through last week in the Saskatoon real estate market as Saskatoon there were 107 firm home sales reported to the local MLS (70 single family, 31 condominiums). Of those 107 sales, the average price was $334,322, while the average days on market was 34 and the average selling price under asking was $7290. In 2012 during the same week period there were just 91 total sales, with an average price of $331,270, while the average days on market was just 28. We have seen average home sale prices jump in Saskatoon from last year, while everything else remains fairly vanilla.
