Prepping Your Home for Interior Listing Photos

A common question that home owners have when they are about to list their house for sale, is how to prepare the interior for the listing photos.

In my opinion, the home needs to be Tidy and the less cluttered, the better!! Even a house that is older and a bit out-dated, will look so much nicer if its clean and tidy! Item's like children's toys, knick-knack's, excessive amounts of pictures frames, posters on the walls, etc, should be tucked away if they can, to allow the photos to showcase the room and not the items in it.

I also believe the pictures of the Kitchen are Very important and can be a make-or-break for Buyers when their searching online. See the picture as an example.... the kitchen on the left has magnets on the fridge, towel by the sink, items on the counter tops etc. Whereas, the photo on the right of the exact same kitchen, looks Way better because it's less cluttered. Although these are very minimal changes, they make a Big difference and a better first impression when people are viewing photos of a home online.
