Tim McRae

Tim has been a licensed Realtor in Central Alberta for approximately seventeen years. Born and raised on a Central Alberta farm, Tim is very familiar with the area. His knowledge of the Real Estate inventory is always current as many hours are spent researching the market on a regular basis always looking for..   "YOUR NEW HOME".

Attending the latest Real Estate courses and seminars have always been a priority for Tim. His desire for ongoing education is not only beneficial for himself, but more importantly, he is keeping his clients informed and is always prepared to assist them in making important decisions like..  When is the right time to buy?  Am I paying too much? What is my property worth?  When is the right time to sell?

Away from the Real Estate business and investing, Tim enjoys time with his two daughters who have now grown into lovely young women. He is very proud of their success in their present career choices, but hopes they will one day share his passion for Real Estate and join him in the business he loves so much.

Renovating older homes for re-sale is another one of Tim's passions as he finds each one a challenge and takes great pride in the finished result. Family, friends and many clients will attest to his skills as he has extended a helping hand to many over the years.

Some of Tim's leisure time is spent fishing and he appreciates Central Alberta for the many rivers and ponds he visits throughout spring, summer and fall.. then.. the lakes for ice fishing in winter.
