Spring officially not for another week but a very good imitation if not the real thing. Interest rates at or near historic lows. 5 year mortgage locked in at 2.99%. What better time to enter the market or upgrade from existing home.

Hi again. Didn't realize it was so long ago that I did my last blog. Will try and be a little more prompt from now on. Our market is still good but definitely not as active as last year. Still a good supply of listings on market in most price ranges. I feel market is down 10% or so from our peak. Winter is having a difficult time in leaving however I am sure water will be running down the street soon. Unofficially that means the spring home buying season will be upon us. We have a fairly good inventory available but could still use more listings. Some of our new listings boast there own webpage. Just type in www house address and home pictures and info appears.
